Inbar Lanir (born 3 April 2000) is an Israeli judoka competing in the –78 kg category. She stepped onto a tatami at five and has been on one ever since. In 2023 she became world champion in Doha, beating the then world number one, Alice Bellandi, in the semi-final with a belt-grip counter-throw while behind on the scoreboard. Later that year she won the World Judo Masters in Budapest and reached world number one herself, and was named the European Judo Union's best European female judoka. In August 2024 she won Olympic silver in Paris; three years earlier she took Olympic bronze with Israel's mixed team in Tokyo. She injured a shoulder at the 2026 European Championships in Tbilisi and had surgery that June, timed so the recovery clears before Los Angeles 2028 qualification begins to count.
